Services and payment

HomeMates offers the technical assistance described on the Services page. By purchasing a service:

• You agree to pay for each Group Formation session before it takes place, as described on the Services page and in your service agreement
• The remaining balance of your fee is due at closing, as described in your service agreement
• Services are provided subject to a separate written agreement between you and HomeMates
• HomeMates reserves the right to decline service to any prospective client at its sole discretion

Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and page designs, is the property of Restored Living LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission.

User conduct

You agree not to:
